Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Kalizeh. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read the following Return and Refund Policy carefully.

Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.

Return Process:

Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process. We will email you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Damaged or Defective Items:

We offer returns and refunds for damaged or defective items only. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return or refund. Please note that we do not provide free returns or refunds for undamaged items.

If you need to return a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. We may request additional information and/or photos of the item to verify the damage or defect. Once we receive the item and verify the damage or defect, we will issue a refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost to you. Refund credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with instructions for returning the original item.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Perishable goods
